Some of them are from the FS9 and are supplied in the gauges folder. Originally developed for 2048 x 1152, but should work as well with similar screen ratios. Included is also a functional radar by Jonathan Hougaard, which shows AI traffic, airports and other mapped information. Includes night mode/lighting panel.
Installation:
- Unzip the contents of this file to a temporary directory.
- Make a copy or rename your "panel.cfg" file which is inside the panel folder of default A-29B (SimObjects\Airplanes\A-29B\panel) just in case you want to get back to the original installation.
- Now copy and paste the contents of the supplied panel folder into the folder of default A-29B. Say yes when asked about copying the new "panel.cfg".
- Copy the content of supplied "gauges" folder into the FSX Gauges folder (Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Gauges).
Operation:
You can fly using either the supplied VC panel or this 2D panel just by using the F9 and F10 keys respectively. 1st icon to the left opens the Left Side Panel with steering gear controls, a window with information about time, barometric pressure and wind speed and direction, and a small panel with starter and electrical switches. Last icon to the right opens the Right Side Panel with Radio panel, Radar panel (see below) and Light Switches. Radar screen is brought on/off by clicking the icon on the lower right corner of the EICAS display (N/W icon) and is controlled by the Radar panel where adjustments can be made to zoom and features to be displayed like VORs, ILSs, airways, terrain, airports, etc.
