Repaint by John Payne. Original DC-3 base textures courtesy of Mark Beaumont. Requires the default Douglas DC3.
Air Links Ltd, started charter/inclusive tour operations with a DC-3 based at Gatwick in 1959. A second DC-3 was acquired in 1961. One of the DC-3's was sold in October 1962 at the end of the inclusive tour season. The second DC-3 was retired from service when Air Links started operations with a Hermes aircraft and this DC0-3 was sold in April 1964.
To reduce the file download size, the individual texture files contain JUST the repainted file. A separate 'BASE TEXTURES' folder contain the additional files which need to be copied into ALL of the individual texture folders to enable the texture files to be used in FS2004.
When you have prepared the texture folders as per the above instruction, place them into the Douglas_DC3 aircraft folder in FS2004 and paste the text below into the aircraft config file renumbering all [fltsim.xxx] to the next available consecutive numbers.
