FS2004 AFCAD2 For Los Roques

Los Roques Airport (SVRS) in Venezuela gets an updated AFCAD2 layout that enables smooth AI traffic flow when paired with Jaime Ortega’s “Los Roques” scenery, bringing more realistic parking, taxi routing, and operations to this Caribbean archipelago a short hop north of Caracas in FS2004.

Los Roques (SVRS) in Venezuela to be used with Jaime Ortegas "Los Roques" scenery (SVLR.ZIP). With this AFCAD Los Roques is now able to handle AI traffic. Los Roques is an archipelago about 30 minutes flight north of Caracas. By Rene Tanggaard.

AF2_SVRS.bgl must be installed in a directory DIFFERENT from the directory where you keep your Los Roques scenery.

Remember to activate both sceneries in "scenery library".

If AF2_SVRS.bgl is placed in the same directory as the Los Roques scenery you will experience a crash to desktop. I have not been able to determine the reason for this but it is probably some kind of conflict with the scenery. However if you just use another directory there will be no problems.

How to install this mod

FS2004 add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per readme

    FS2004 add-ons go into FS9\Aircraft\, FS9\Addon Scenery\, FS9\Gauges\, or FS9\Effects\.

  3. Always read the included readme
