FSX Grumman US Navy E-2C Hawkeye VAW-125

Grumman E-2C Hawkeye VAW-125 repaints bring CVW-1’s AB600 (CAG), AB601, and AB604 to life with sharp US Navy markings for FSX, ideal for carrier-based AEW sorties and fleet ops. Requires Pierre Marchadier’s E-2C Hawkeye 2000 base model and includes aircraft.cfg entries for quick selection in the virtual cockpit.

Three repaints of VAW-125 (CVW-1) E-2C, AB600 (CAG), AB601 and AB604. Actual current aircraft in VAW-125 are E-2Ds. Also known issues with tail flashes not properly aligned but released as is anyway. Original model by Pierre Marchadier (GMAX Academy). Repaints by S. Peterson.

FSX / P3D add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per the readme

    Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.
