FS2004 add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per readme

    FS2004 add-ons go into FS9\Aircraft\, FS9\Addon Scenery\, FS9\Gauges\, or FS9\Effects\.

  3. Always read the included readme

    Nice plane, once I figured out that I needed to copy the textures from the # COPY_texture folder to each of the other texture folders (if not done then the vc is all black). One small problem still remains, light effects (nav lights, landing lights etc) are in the wrong place in the vc.
