CargoJet B727-200 Textures only

No-mipmap wing and flap textures give Erick Cantu’s Boeing 727-200 a harder-worked, more realistic look in FS2004, with sharper surfaces that reduce blur on some systems. Expect darker center wing panels, defined flap streaking, subtle underside weathering, nuanced slat and Krueger flap color variation, plus darkened engine intakes and cockpit windows; requires the 727-200 base model.
For Erick Cantu's Boeing 727-200. A replacement texture for the wings and flaps along with a few other areas to give it a bit more worn look with more defined streaks on the flaps. Also darkens the center wing section as most 727's have this pronounced effect, with the parts of the wing aft and forward near the control surfaces being much lighter. By Jim Campisi.

This is a replacement texture for the wings and flaps along with a few other areas. I wanted a bit more worn look with more defined streaks on the flaps. I also wanted to darken the center wing section as most 727's have this pronounced effect, with the parts of the wing aft and forward near the control surfaces being much lighter. I also very subtly weathered the undersides and added some color deviation to the slats and Krueger flaps.
I think it turned out well, making the 727 look a bit harder worked and slightly more realistic. Erick's textures are wonderful right out of the box and this is just my own addition that others wanted so I'm posting this for anyone who wants it. Included with this change comes a darkened engine intake area and slightly darkened cockpit windows.
Installation is simple. Make a backup of the B727_C_T.bmp inside any 727 texture folder and drop this one in. This should go with any texture set as most aircraft don't have painted wings and Erick has it set up very nicely so there are no fuselage areas on this bitmap.
This is freeware, feel free to use in any repaints as you want. I'm not responsible for problems this file may cause. Do not use for monetary gain. Enjoy!
This texture includes NO MIPMAPS to fix blur issues on some systems. These will look crisper than the first set I tweaked that mistakenly had mipmaps.
