Circa 1956. Textures only for the model by Manfred Jahn and the Super Constellation project team. Requires the original file L1049G.ZIP. Based on the repaint kit by Manfred Jahn. One of three L1049E's operated by Iberia in the 1950's. By Jorge Fernandez.
You will need to have installed the original files for the basic L1049 by the above authors. Then you need to do the following:
- Copy the texture file texture.ib1049e to your L1049 folder.
- Make a backup copy of your aircraft.cfg file in that folder.
- In your aircraft.cfg file go just after the last entry in the [fltsim.##] list and add the following text, making sure to replace "XX" in the [fltsim.XX] with the next number that would follow after your current last number.

It crashed at Tenerife, Canary Islands, on May 5 1965, at the end of a flight from Madrid, when it struck some equipment while making a second attempt to land in poor weather. Thirty of forty nine people on board died."
