Unzip 'FSX QTR A7-ABX QATARI' into your Microsoft Flight Simulator X/SimObjects/Airplanes/CLS_A36R_PW location. Add additional files from texture.CLS (just do not overwrte any of the files provided in the zip file). Then insert following text to your aircraft.cfg:
