Northwest AI Seaplane Bases refines docks and water-runway parking with revised AFCAD2 files across nine seaplane locations in British Columbia and Washington, tuned for reliable AI operations in FS2004. It supports a healthy volume of traffic with Ultimate Traffic compatibility; requires EVI04.ZIP, and full Ultimate Traffic operation requires VICENH02.ZIP.

Revised or new AFCAD2 files are provided for the following locations in British Columbia, Canada and Washington State, USA which are functional for a reasonable volume of AI traffic: 0W0, CAC8, CAF6, CAM6, CAV5, CYCH, S60, W39 and W55. All except 0W0 have been tested with Ultimate Traffic. Docks are close to the real-world locations, given the limitations of shoreline accuracy in FS2004 and add-ons. EVI04.ZIP required. Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place files per readme

FS2004 add-ons go into FS9\Aircraft\, FS9\Addon Scenery\, FS9\Gauges\, or FS9\Effects\.
