FSX Meteor NF14 WS838

Meteor NF14 WS838 brings a refreshed repaint to Rob Richardson’s Armstrong-Whitworth night fighter for FSX, recreating the preserved airframe displayed at the Midland Air Museum on loan from RAF Museum Cosford. The livery matches its Royal Aircraft Establishment Bedford chase-aircraft scheme, with fully reworked textures by Peter Watkins; requires the base Meteor NF14 model.

A repaint for the Armstrong-Whitworth Meteor NF14 by Rob Richardson. This is a total rework of the textures uploaded to BritSim in 2011. WS838 is preserved at the Midland Air Museum on loan from RAF Museum Cosford. She is painted as seen when flown as a chase aircraft by the Royal Aircraft Establishment at RAE Bedford. Repaint by Peter Watkins.

Installation:

  • Copy the texture file into the 'Armstrong Whitworth Meteor NF14' folder in FSX SimObjects 'Airplanes' folder.
  • Copy and add the following to the aircraft CFG file, replacing the 'xx' with the next number in sequence.
