To install the Texture couldn't be simpler, simply drag the texture folder into the 'Lotus L-39' folder, then alter the aircraft.cfg , where you see XX replace with the next number in sequence, si if previous entry reads [fltsim.20], then following logical sequence you'd change the [XX] to 21
