FSX El Ranchito Airport Scenery

El Ranchito Airport (CZH) in Corozal, Belize brings a compact border-town airstrip to life in FSX, featuring a roughly 600-yard by 12-yard runway with cleared approaches and surrounding brush that keeps low-level arrivals engaging. The scenery captures the field’s rustic setting and makes short-strip operations feel authentic.

El Ranchito Airport, Corozal, Belize. El Ranchito services the Belize border town of Corozal. The landing strip is about 600 yards long and 12 yards wide. On both ends of the strip the forest has been cleared but be careful about the brush replacing the trees (can damage an aircraft just as easily as a tree, it's just not as tall). By Alf B. Meier.

MZ60 is a designator I have given this airstrip, it has no official ICAO designator but an IATA designator (CZH).

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery
  1. Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
  2. Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
  3. Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.
  4. Always read the included readme

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
