FSX / P3D

Palma De Mallorca

Palma de Mallorca Airport (LEPA) scenery upgrade sharpens the default field with assigned and expanded parking, rebuilt support vehicle roads, extra fuel trucks, and improved airport flow. Designed for the default airport in Microsoft Flight Simulator X, it also enhances tower view with rooftop perspectives while remaining compatible with common AI traffic packages.

Flight Simulator X Prepar3D

Palma De Mallorca (LEPA), Spain, for use with the default scenery. Adds assigned parking, support vehicle roads, extra fuel trucks and other improvements. By Ray Smith.

ADE Home Edition (Freeware) was used to design this file: this file is only for the FSX default airport: assigned parking with extra parking, support vehicle roads rebuilt, extra fuel trucks and several other improvements, airport views are from the roof of the control tower (when in tower view) fully tested with Ultimate Traffic/WOAI but not required, please view the readme before installation, this beautiful island is a must to visit or to have a holiday on.

To Install:

  1. Simply take the BGL file and place it into: Flight Simulator X/Addon Scenery/Scenery Folder.
  2. Start up the Flight sim and the changes will be present.

To Uninstall:

  1. Delete the BGL file and the default will then be active.

TIP: When at LEPA in tower view: go to your control settings and look for the "View track/pan Toggle". Allocate a keyboard key stroke to it (i allocated a button on my X52 controller) this will unlock the user aircraft, then you can use the hat switch to pan 360 degrees around the airport, hitting the key stroke again (in my case a button) will return you to the user aircraft position.

Enjoy and happy flying.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D add-on
  1. Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
  2. Place files per the readme

Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.
  3. Always read the included readme

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
