Mayan Plane V0.1 brings an imaginative recreation of the famed gold “zoomorph” artifact into X-Plane 10, turning a museum curiosity into a flyable experimental aircraft. Expect a compact airframe, straightforward handling, and a distinctive silhouette that shines in the virtual cockpit and looks striking on the runway or in cruise.

The display is completely black with no visible aircraft, scenery, instruments, or interface elements present on the screen.

Recently I decide to recreate in X-Plane one of the alleged ancient Mayan aircrafts.

A little of history:

"This small toy like model, about 2" in length and made of gold, was found in a tomb in Colombia. When first discovered it was called a zoomorph (animal looking). The object is on display in the Smithsonian Institute in Washington D.C. Six other similar objects have been found in discovered in Venezuela and Peru, and Costa Rica."

How to install this mod

X-Plane add-on

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place per readme

X-Plane add-ons go into Aircraft/ (planes), Custom Scenery/ (airports, mesh), or Resources/plugins/ (plugins).
Restart X-Plane

Close X-Plane completely and relaunch. The new content loads automatically.
