Place the "MelJet Boeing 777-200 United Airlines" folder into your FS9/aircraft folder. When you start up Flight Simulator, this airplane should then be found with the rest of the default Boeing aircraft.

If you already own the MelJet 777-200, you can simply put the United Airline texture folder (texture.ua) in with the MelJet 777 texture folders you already have.

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

FS2004 add-ons go into FS9\Aircraft\, FS9\Addon Scenery\, FS9\Gauges\, or FS9\Effects\.
