FS2004 Alitalia McDonnell Douglas MD-80 I-DACY

Alitalia’s I-DACY livery brings the McDonnell Douglas MD-80 series to life with crisp, 32-bit hand-drawn textures designed for FS2004, avoiding mips for a clean look in external views and the virtual cockpit. Textures only, it requires the SGA MD-80 base model and delivers an authentic Italian airline finish.

Here is a repaint of the newly released SGAir MD80, repainted in the beautiful livery of Alitalia.

INSTALLATION:

Download the original MD80 aircraft designed by SGA.

Unzip the MD80 texture zip to a temporary folder. Copy and past the new texture folder into your original FS9 MD80 aircraft folder. Next edit the aircraft.cfg file to add the following lines to the aircraft identity section. The xx in the [fltsim] section should reflect the next number in succession. You should then see your new Delta aircraft in the startup menu of FS2002.

    FS2004 add-ons go into FS9\Aircraft\, FS9\Addon Scenery\, FS9\Gauges\, or FS9\Effects\.
  3. Always read the included readme

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
