Install.

Copy a one of the CRJ texture folders and rename it texture.ken
Copy the 3 .bmp texture files from this zip into that texture.ken folder and overwrite when asked.
Copy the text into the aircraft.cfg and change the XX too the next number. IE [fltsim.18]
