Reading Airlines Beechcraft D18S N40511 textures recreate the commuter aircraft flown from 1960 to 1968, delivering period-correct markings for authentic vintage schedules between Reading and New York in FS2004. The repaint pairs with the detailed D18S virtual cockpit and requires D18SVC4.ZIP for the base model.

This is a texture only for the wonderful Beechcraft D18S (d18svc4.zip) by Milton Shupe, Scott Thomas and Andre Folkers. This texture is in the markings of N40511, D-18S S/N A 512 1960-68, which was operated by Reading Airlines, Reading, PA, the first commuter airline in the United States starting in 1956. Servicing Reading to New York.

Installation:

  • Find and open the D18SVC folder in your Flight Simulator Aircraft Folder.
  • Copy and paste the folder titled texture.n40511 into the D18SVC folder.
  • Copy and paste this entry into the aircraft.cfg file, replacing the X with the next number in sequence.
