FSX AircraftTweak V1.1

AircraftTweak streamlines aircraft.cfg editing in FSX, handling repaint installs and removals, parameter patches, and quick aircraft inventory dumps. The lightweight command-line tool requires no extra libraries, while AircraftTweakUI adds a straightforward repaint manager; v1.1 improves source-file parsing and introduces create-and-apply patch support for binary files.

This application for FSX allows operations on the aircraft.cfg file. Uses include: installing/removing a repaint, issuing patches for aircraft parameters, and more. The command line tool requires no extra libraries or installations, so is perfect for distributing with your own repaints or patches, even inside installers! Also included is AircraftTweakUI, a simple interface which allows installation and removal of repaints on your system. This new version adds a better algorithm for reading source files during installations, a command to dump a list of all installed aircraft, as well as commands to create and apply patches to any binary file. How to install this mod

FSX / P3D add-on

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place files per the readme

Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.
