US Airways Airbus A320 livery for N106US recreates the aircraft linked to the 2009 Hudson River ditching, with accurate markings and clean airline detailing for a believable ramp and cruise look. Built for Microsoft Flight Simulator, it requires the payware Overland SMS Airbus A320 CFM model and includes textures only.

This is the US Airways Airbus A320, registration N106US, which ditched in the Hudson River NY in January 2009. Textures only for the paywware Overland SMS Airbus A320 CFM model. By Dimitrios Moschos.

Installation:

Open the aircraft.cfg file found inside the aircraft folder.
Copy the text below.
Paste it after the last "[fltsim.xx]" inside the aircraft.cfg.
Change the "xx" of the "[fltsim.xx]" of the above into the next number, so the every "[fltsim.xx]" is +1 with regards to the previous one.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D aircraft

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Copy aircraft files into SimObjects

Place the aircraft folder inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\. The folder must contain an aircraft.cfg file. Effects go into FSX\Effects\; gauges go into FSX\Gauges\.
Verify in FSX

Launch FSX, go to Free Flight → Select Aircraft and find your new aircraft under its manufacturer.
