FSX Projet Noratlas Fix 1

Projet Noratlas Fix 1 restores correct rudder animation after running Projet Noratlas Upgrade 2, so the lower rudder surfaces move in sync with the upper sections for a more authentic flight model presentation. Built for Microsoft Flight Simulator X, it tightens visual fidelity in exterior views and complements existing Noratlas repaints and textures.
