FSX Luftwaffe Hunting Pembroke C54

Luftwaffe AS-557 repaint for the Hunting Percival Pembroke C54 recreates a West German airframe later reserialed AA-557, captured in authentic period markings and finish for Microsoft Flight Simulator X Acceleration. Requires Rob Richardson’s Pembroke C54 base aircraft, and adds a historically grounded livery suited to classic transport operations.

A repaint for Rob Richardson's Hunting Percival Pembroke C54 for Microsoft Flight Simulator X Acceleration. AS-557 c/n P66/100 was one of 25 aircraft delivered to the West German Luftwaffe. Reserialed AA-557 and was written off in a landing accident in December 1962. Repaint by Peter Watkins.

Installation:

Copy the texture file into the 'Hunting Percival Pembroke C54' folder in FSX SimObjects 'Airplanes' folder.
Copy and add the following to the aircraft CFG file, replacing the 'xx' with your next number in sequence.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D Repaint

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Add livery to base aircraft folder

Place the texture folder (typically texture.{airline}) inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\{base-aircraft}\.
Update aircraft.cfg

Open the base aircraft.cfg in Notepad. Add a new [fltsim.X] section per the readme.
