About the Real-World B-21 Raider

The Northrop Grumman B-21 Raider, an evolution of the iconic B-2 Spirit, stands as the pinnacle of stealth technology in the realm of strategic bombers. Initiated under the Long Range Strike Bomber program, the B-21 is engineered to usher in a new era of air superiority with its advanced stealth capabilities, long-range, and versatility in carrying both conventional and nuclear payloads.

This cutting-edge aircraft, set for its maiden flight in 2023, aims to replace the B-1 Lancer and potentially the venerable B-52 Stratofortress, symbolizing a significant leap forward from its predecessor, the first "stealth bomber," into a future where stealth and precision are paramount.

As it prepares to serve the United States Air Force by the late 2020s, the B-21 Raider not only reflects the latest advancements in military aviation but also brings a piece of this innovation to flight simulation enthusiasts through the MSFS add-on, blending the legacy of stealth with the forefront of aerial warfare technology.
