FSX Small German Airfields Scenery

EDAJ Gera and EDOT Greiz-Obergrochlitz bring two small East Thuringia airfields to life in FSX with improved AFCAD layouts, a hard-surface runway at Gera, and a grass glider field at Greiz near the River Elster. The scenery uses Airport Design Editor and blends standard and freeware objects for a more authentic look.

Small German Airfields EDAJ plus EDOT. AFCAD scenery for two smaler fields in East Thuringia, Germany. Gera (EDAJ) is an airport with hard surface runway. Greiz-Obergrochlitz (EDOT) is a grass field for sailplanes. Both are located near the river Elster. By Michael Spengler.

I trayed to create a more realistic airport using standard objects and freeware objects.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.

Use these coordinates to fly directly to this location once the mod is installed.
