Procedure coverage

Polson’s two RNAV (GPS) approaches serve two runway ends, giving instrument coverage in both directions rather than concentrating it on a single end. The set is otherwise compact, with one obstacle departure procedure and a minimums document, but no published airport diagram.

Runways and surrounding coverage

The 4,194 ft asphalt runway and 4,000 ft water runway provide separate alignments of similar length for wheeled and water-capable aircraft; surface and aircraft configuration are therefore the key distinctions between them.
