Dillon’s four approaches are split evenly between RNAV (GPS) and VOR procedures, but cover only two of the airport’s four runway ends. The published instrument options are therefore concentrated on half of the runway-end combinations. Runway 17/35 provides 2,901 ft more length than 04/22, making the runway configuration notably uneven in available distance. No dedicated airport diagram is published.
Ruby Valley Field and Lemhi County have chart sets equal in size to Dillon’s, while Bert Mooney’s is slightly broader. Ennis Big Sky is close behind, whereas Bowman Field has only half as many published charts and is the clearly thinner set. The Great Falls Sectional supplies the broader VFR context not shown by Dillon’s terminal procedures.

Dillon has 2 runways. The longest is 17/35 at 6,501 ft by 75 ft, asphalt. Full runway dimensions, lighting and approach aids are listed on this page.
No ILS is published. In total KDLN has 4 published instrument approaches, of which 2 are RNAV (GPS).
The field elevation is 5,244 ft. At that height the air is thin enough to matter: take-off and landing distances are longer than the same aircraft would need at sea level, and the effect worsens as temperature rises. The approach charts carry the altitudes that apply.
No — Dillon has no control tower. Traffic co-ordinates on a common frequency rather than with a controller, which is listed in the frequencies table on this page.
