Elko Regional’s three approach plates serve only two of its four runway ends, and two are RNAV (GPS) procedures. Instrument coverage is therefore concentrated on selected alignments rather than spread across both ends of both runways. The airport diagram provides the link between those procedures and the two-runway layout.
Runway 06/24, at 7,454 ft, provides substantially more length than the 3,015-ft 12/30; the shorter runway adds another alignment but within a much tighter length envelope. Battle Mountain, 51 nm west, has the same total number of published charts, making its procedure set comparable in volume, though not necessarily composition. The Salt Lake City sectional adds broader visual context beyond the airport-focused terminal charts.

The field elevation is 5,139 ft. At that height the air is thin enough to matter: take-off and landing distances are longer than the same aircraft would need at sea level, and the effect worsens as temperature rises. The approach charts carry the altitudes that apply.
No — Elko Rgnl has no control tower. Traffic co-ordinates on a common frequency rather than with a controller, which is listed in the frequencies table on this page.
