Golden Triangle Regional’s four approach plates serve both ends of its sole runway, so neither direction is omitted from the published instrument coverage. Two ILS/localiser procedures sit alongside two RNAV (GPS) procedures, providing more than one form of approach guidance across runway 18/36. The single runway is 8,003 ft long, but there is no alternative alignment in the procedure set.
George M Bryan’s five charts are closest to GTR’s overall coverage, while Columbus AFB has three times as many. McCharen Field and Columbus-Lowndes County have thinner sets, and Oktibbeha’s is thinner still. The Atlanta and Memphis sectionals add wider visual-navigation and airspace context beyond the airport diagram and instrument procedures.
