La Junta Municipal’s two RNAV (GPS) approaches serve two of the four fixed-wing runway ends. Instrument arrivals therefore rely on GPS, while the remaining ends have no published approach in this cycle. The two runway alignments provide directional choice, and Runway 08/26 offers 1,046 ft more length than 12/30. No airport diagram is published, so the procedure set does not include a dedicated layout sheet.
Pueblo Memorial has the broadest nearby procedure set, with Southeast Colorado Regional also carrying twice La Junta’s chart count. Springfield Municipal’s coverage is thinner and closest in scale to La Junta’s. The Wichita Sectional adds the wider visual aviation context absent from the airport’s small instrument chart set.
