Shageluk’s two RNAV (GPS) approaches serve two runway ends, giving balanced instrument coverage rather than concentrating procedures on a single direction. No airport diagram is published, so the procedure set is limited to approaches and associated minima.
The 3,400 ft gravel-dirt runway defines the available land operating length, while the separate 5,000 ft water runway provides a longer alignment for water-capable aircraft.
