Tuned taxi, takeoff, approach, and landing behavior pairs with a wide set of real-world liveries for believable skies.
This package offers a finely tuned collection of Boeing 737 Classic-series AI airplanes specifically crafted for X-Plane 10, courtesy of the XPFW team. Each included variant prioritizes low performance impact yet retains realistic behavior, making it possible to populate your virtual skies with numerous air traffic elements without sacrificing frame rates. By stripping out nonessential components and simplifying the underlying aerodynamic data, the developers (XPFW) have ensured that these AI models blend minimal resource usage with accurate taxi, takeoff, approach, and landing profiles.
Though nicknamed the “Classic,” these variants (300/400/500) introduced advanced cockpit avionics and aerodynamic optimizations. These upgrades significantly improved operational efficiency while preserving the Boeing 737's recognizable exterior lines. Renowned carriers such as Lufthansa, Southwest, and Air New Zealand have relied on these models for mid-range routes.
Within this bundle, you will find multiple airline schemes, including Aegean, Air Berlin, Air New Zealand, BMIbaby, Kenya Airways, Lufthansa, Malev, Norwegian, Qantas, Slovak, Southwest, and USAir. Each livery showcases the distinctive branding of its respective carrier.
Developed by XPFW, the pack was made possible by the community’s combined artistry and technical skill. Numerous designers and repainters have contributed over the years, lending their expertise to the liveries and original aircraft structure.
