Smith repaints celebrating the 2005 International Flight Sim Convention in Blackpool, including the official mascot scheme plus alternative convention, corporate, Airbus House, Transload Virtual Airlines, and a fictional Emirates-inspired livery. The package includes the complete aircraft and ready-to-fly texture set.

The Mike Stone A380 aircraft and a suite of eight liveries, created by Garry J. Smith, to celebrate the release of the new mascot for the International Flight Sim Convention in Blackpool UK in 2005. The suite of liveries contains the official Convention mascot livery, two alternative Convention liveries, a business livery for Flight Sim Videos, a business livery for Holidayzone Travel Agency, an Airbus House livery, a Transload Virtual Airlines livery and a fictitious Emirates Airlines livery.

This aircraft is built for FS2004. It should work with FS2002 without any problems, but I no longer support FS2002.

Note that the aircraft supplied in this package is supplied as is. While I endeavor to correct problems with the aircraft, I make no guarantee that any problem real or perceived will be fixed. Suggestions for enhancements and fixes will be implemented solely at my discretion. Please don't waste my time with subjective "perceived" issues like "The nose is too round", "The tail is too small", "The wing is the wrong color", etc. I have made every effort to make the model as accurate as I am able and willing, and will not modify it further to fit anyone's personal specifications.

Installation:

Unzip the file to your Aircraft directory - all sub directories will install automatically.

How to install this mod

FS2004 aircraft

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per readme

    FS2004 add-ons go into FS9\Aircraft\, FS9\Addon Scenery\, FS9\Gauges\, or FS9\Effects\.

  3. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
