Requires the Dee Waldron DC-8-50 paintkit and compatible DC-8-52 base model.

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004

First series of textures only for Dee Waldron' AI Douglas DC8-52. Pack includes Air Canada, Aeronaves de Mexico, CP Air, Delta, Eastern, Garuda. Circa 1971. By Gary J. Smith and Dee Waldron.

Instructions:

You will need to download the file paintkit_dc-8-50.zip.

Simply extract archive with WinZip (or equal utility) into your HJG AI DC-8-52 series aircraft folder in FS2004.

Using a text editor program (like notepad) open the included Aircraft.cfg file and copy the contents, pasting them to the top of your existing aircraft.cfg file inside your main AI DC-8-52 folder.

Then re-number [fltsim.1] through [fltsim.7] as an appendage to your existing aircraft. I suggest using FS Renumber to make this task easier.

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
