FSX Druine Turbulent N1084C

Druine D31 Turbulent N1084C brings Peter Constantine Chaconas’s 1981 amateur-built scheme to the classic light aircraft with crisp exterior textures and an authentic, well-balanced finish that suits VFR flying. Designed for Microsoft Flight Simulator X, it requires the Druine D31 Turbulent base package from FrenchVFR.

A repaint for the Druine D31 Turbulent for FSX from frenchvfr.free.fr (file name ABD_TURBULENT_FSX-P3D.ZIP). Amateur-built by Peter Constantine Chaconas in the USA in 1981, reported sold in November 2011. Repaint by Peter Watkins.

Installation:

Copy the texture folder into the 'abd Turbulent fsx' folder in the FSX 'Airplanes' folder within 'SimObjects' and copy the text below into the aircaft cfg file, replacing the 'xx' with your next number in sequence.

FSX / P3D add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
