FSX Aerostar Airlines Douglas DC-9-50

Aerostar Airlines Douglas DC-9-50 brings a classic twin-engine jet to FSX with an SGA model converted from FS2004, paired with the simulator’s default panel and sound for straightforward operation. Crisp Aerostar vacation-carrier textures complement Erick Cantu’s modeling, while Fraser Turner’s flight dynamics and XML tuning deliver believable handling.

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
  2. Place files per the readme

Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.
  3. Always read the included readme
