Just put the files into the folder : FS2004/ADDON Scenery/scenery and restart FS2004.
If you make some flights with the TrafficTools of Lee Swordy of GA planes, you will have some more traffic on the fields.
The archive aflagof9.zip has 15 files and directories contained within it.
