The repaint was meticulously assembled by FS Repaints Australia (FSRA), with textures crafted by Giulio Catena. By integrating registration HS-TGO into the fuselage and tail sections, it aims to capture the unique look Thai Airways applies to its 747 fleet. The airline itself, based in Bangkok, has a history of employing the Boeing 747-400 on long-haul routes, utilizing its spacious fuselage and GE CF6-80C2B1F engines to connect travelers across continents.

Because this modification offers textures only, it requires the corresponding payware PMDG 747-400X developed by Precision Manuals Development Group. The PMDG product accurately simulates the aircraft’s systems and flight characteristics, which ensures the added Thai Airways livery enriches both exterior aesthetics and the broader flight simulation experience.
