FSX RNLAF F-35A

Royal Netherlands Air Force F-35A repaints recreate operational test aircraft F-001 and F-002 with “OT” tailcodes and national markings as seen at Edwards AFB in 2015, adding authentic ramp and mission variety in FSX. Includes two distinct liveries and requires the Dino Cattaneo F-35A model.

Flight Simulator X Prepar3D

The two flying examples of the F35A destined for the Royal Netherlands Air Force have recently moved to Edwards AFB to undertake operational testing and evaluation. As such they both now have the tailcode "OT" applied, in addition to their national markings. Included are repaints for both F-001 and F-002 for the Dino Cattaneo model (F35V230.ZIP) with OT markings. Repaints by S. Peterson.

Requires dependencies

This add-on may require the following files to function properly. If this is a repaint, the dependency below is likely the base aircraft package.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D add-on
  1. Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
  2. Place files per the readme

Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.
  3. Always read the included readme

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
