Editorial

I decided to pick up the AI Replacement package because, being blunt, the original was a joke. Nothing is less off-putting than using a simulator and seeing the other aircraft fly around as if they are on rails. With this mod, then, you can make the Boeing 737-400 fly much better than it did in FS2004.

If you are like me and you are sick of aircraft looking like they are flown by babies, then this replacement package is definitely one that you should consider picking up moving forward.

It affects all of the airlines that use this aircraft, from Air France and BA to Lufthansa. As such you can easily get to grips with using this aircraft alongside you as an AI package. It now feels much smarter and far more authentic when compared to the dour, dull decision making of the original.

Appropriately Detailed

These new models are also flyable, which I thought was a nice touch. The attention to detail on the model mixes in very well with the original aircraft. Whilst it’s not exactly a masterpiece and does not go too far down the added features route, it’s still a huge amount of fun to get into the cockpit of and fly with.

The default AI, though, is so well improved when you decide to use this mod. It makes it much easier for you to get into the skies and enjoy a deep and meaningful flight when you know your fellow pilots fly like real professionals!

This is good. Looks almost real but the Land lights stay on as long as the Nav lights are on. Yu can see it in spot view during when there's minimal light. Other than that, this is great stuff!!!!
