FSX Bellanca Super Decathlon 8KCAB Update

Bellanca Super Decathlon 8KCAB brings a two-seat tandem aerobatic trainer to Microsoft Flight Simulator X with fully spinnable handling, a detailed virtual cockpit, and smooth animations across moving parts. Four custom liveries, dedicated soundset, and interactive openings including doors, window, vents, oil filler, and cowling complete the package.

A two seat, tandem configuration unlimited category aerobatic competition/trainer aircraft that is fully spinnable in FS2004. Initial release features 4 custom paint jobs. Features full moving parts and special openings. By the Long Island Classics Design Team. Sounds by Aaron Swindle.

Installation:

Install: If you are installing over the (original) soundset that came with Dave's aircraft simply unzip the package to the sound sub-dir of the aircraft, yes to over-write.
Other aircraft, unzip to the intended aircraft's sound sub-dir.

Super Decathlon features 5 custom openings:
1. Pilots Door (shift e)
2. Pilots Window (shift e 2)
3. Cabin Vents (cowl flaps commands)
4. Oil Filler Door (spoilers key)
5. Cowling (Wings fold/unfold)

FSX / P3D add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per the readme

    Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.
