FSX North American T-2C Buckeye Fix

North American T-2C Buckeye Fix restores authentic audio by supplying the correct sound.cfg for the aircraft’s bundled sound set in FSX. It requires the original T-2CFSX.ZIP package and ensures the sound folder references are properly aligned, bringing the trainer’s engine and cockpit ambience back to life.

SOUND FIX FOR T-2CFSX

With apologies to all who downloaded, here's the missing sound.cfg file for the Bucaneer I recently posted. Why it wasn't included in the initial upload will forever remain a mystery that can probably only be solved by Microsoft!

TO INSTALL:

Move the sound.cfg file included in this post into the "Sound" file of your T-2C Bucaneer, replacing the one that came with the original download.

FSX / P3D add-on

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place files per the readme

Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.
Always read the included readme

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
