FSX Luke AFB Scenery

Luke AFB (KLUF), Glendale, Arizona (AZ). An improved version with added parking, fire station with trucks, helipad, static vehilces, adjusted ramps and taxiways. By Jim Cook.

MS didn't do much with military bases in FSX. Here is an improved version of the stock Luke AFB. I added many Military_Cargo and Military_Combat parking spaces. Replaced the fire station and added fire trucks, added a helipad, static fork trucks, military trucks, tractor trailers, a parking lot with cars and light poles. Added, removed, or adjusted taxiways and aprons.

I recommend downloading Ray Smith's Phoenix Sky Harbor AFCAD file from the Avsim Libary.

I use Just Flight's Military Plus Packs and they work fine with this airport. I also use Ultimate Terrain and FSGenesis landclass but they are not required. All objects are stock FSX so no additional object libraries are needed. Updates made using AirNav diagrams and Google Earth to be as accurate as possible. All work done with Flight 1's AFX program and Instant Scenery.

I will be doing other military bases as time permits.

INSTALLATION:

Extract the two files AFX_KLUF_JC.bgl and KLUF_JC.bgl into your Addon Scenery/Scenery folder, re-start FSX and enjoy.
