Kit Carson County’s four published approaches serve both ends of runway 15/33, so instrument procedure coverage is not confined to one arrival direction. The mix of two RNAV (GPS) procedures, a localiser and an NDB procedure gives the set both satellite-based and conventional forms of guidance.
