Shelby’s published instrument coverage reaches two of its four runway ends, with RNAV (GPS) the only approach type represented. With no airport diagram and only approach and minimums material published, the set is narrowly focused. Runway 05/23 is 1,304 ft longer than 11/29, making the choice of alignment a material change in available runway distance while retaining a second runway orientation.
