Miller Field’s two crossing runways have an approach serving each of their four ends, so the procedure set is not concentrated on one alignment. Four of the five approaches are RNAV (GPS), while the NDB procedure provides the only other published approach type. Runway 14/32 offers 1,004 ft more length than 03/21, a practical distinction for aircraft requiring more than 3,701 ft of runway.
Ainsworth Regional has a comparably broad chart set, while Thomas County is also close in coverage. Rosebud Sioux Tribal’s two charts form the thinnest nearby set, with Winner Regional and Rock County also notably more limited. The Omaha Sectional supplies the broader visual-navigation context around Valentine that the terminal procedures do not provide.
