Approach coverage

Thomas County’s single runway is served at both ends, so the procedure set does not favour only one landing direction. RNAV (GPS) and VOR procedures are provided in equal measure, giving two distinct forms of instrument guidance rather than several variants of one type. With no published airport diagram, the collection is concentrated on approaches and minima rather than a separate airfield-layout sheet.

Regional chart context

Ainsworth and North Platte have slightly broader published chart sets, while Miller Field and Broken Bow are close to Thomas County in overall coverage. Rock County’s set is notably thinner. The Omaha Sectional adds the wider VFR context around Thedford that the terminal procedures do not show, complementing the runway-specific instrument material.
