Approach coverage

Dillingham’s single 01/19 runway is served at both ends, rather than concentrating instrument access on one direction. Six approaches provide four RNAV (GPS) procedures alongside VOR and localiser options, giving the chart set more procedural variety than an RNAV-only collection. With no second runway, however, every procedure ultimately leads to the same 6,400 ft strip and there is no alternative runway alignment.

Regional chart context

Each of the five listed nearby airports has four published charts, so all have notably thinner coverage than Dillingham’s combined approach and minima set; none offers a comparably broad published collection. The Kodiak Sectional adds the wider visual-planning context that terminal procedures do not provide, placing Dillingham and the surrounding airports within a single VFR chart area.
