Two-ended GPS coverage

Togiak’s instrument coverage is compact and balanced: two RNAV (GPS) approaches serve two runway ends, rather than concentrating all published access on one direction. The runway layout is far less even. At 4,400 ft, 03/21 offers more than four times the length of 982 ft 10/28, leaving the shorter runway relevant to a much narrower range of aircraft.

Coverage around Togiak

Dillingham has the broadest chart set among the nearby fields, with twice Togiak’s total. Cape Newenham LRRS is slightly broader, Manokotak and Clarks Point match Togiak, and Platinum is thinner. The Kodiak Sectional supplies the wider VFR context absent from the compact instrument set, while no separate airport diagram is published.
