Jim Tweto’s N91361 Cessna 185F Skymaster ski livery recreates the “Flying Wild Alaska” look with crisp exterior markings suited to bush flying and winter operations in FSX. It requires the Carenado Cessna C185F Ski model and includes dedicated textures plus a matching aircraft configuration entry for authentic registration and airline details.

This is Jim Tweto's plane as seen on Discovery Channel's "Flying Wild Alaska". It requires the ski model of Carenado's Cessna C185. By Christopher G. Clawson.

To install:

  1. Copy N91361.jpg and the texture.N91361 folder to your "Carenado C185F Ski" folder.
  2. Add the following section to the aircraft.cfg file in the "Carenado C185F Ski" folder. Remember to change the "x" in [fltsim.x] to the next available number.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D Repaint for Payware Model

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Add livery to base aircraft folder

    Place the texture folder (typically texture.{airline}) inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\{base-aircraft}\.

  3. Update aircraft.cfg

    Open the base aircraft.cfg in Notepad. Add a new [fltsim.X] section per the readme.

  4. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
