This is an update for FSX of an F-15 panel by Chuck Dome. I have changed it the best I can for the moment so it is functional in FSX. This panel can be used with any fighter with two engines. Bob Chicilo.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D panel / gauge

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place panel files

Panel files go inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\{aircraft}\panel\. Back up the existing panel folder first.
